Good product. The only issue I have is the sharpness of my knot which makes the rounded ends less desirable for my purposes. Nevertheless, I like the product and it certainly allows me to add pressure in a way that I cannot do without it.

Simple but Great Tool, June 30, 2010

This is a must for everyday therapy. I love it. I can get it right on the target spot and work out the tightness. Planning on a 6 week motorcycle trip to Alaska this summer. The Backnobber II will be packed in a saddle bag on the bike. I use it everyday.

I love, love, love, the Backnobber II. For 16 years I have had very painful fibromyalgia, my muscles in many parts of my body ache and are tender every minute of every day. This tool gives me the opportunity to "work" various muscles without having to go and get a massage. It's not a miracle cure, but it sure does help alot.

I first saw this product at an ergonomic conference. I ordered 2. 1 for work and another for home. After long hours at the computer I get knots in my upper back...the Backnobber2 takes care of it right away. The fact that you can break it down makes it easy to throw in a travel bag and take with you!! Fantastic Product...Thanks Chuck K.

Awesome tool and video demonstrations, December 2, 2009

I have lupus and am in intense muscular and joint pain all of the time. I reviewed the video demonstrations and used the backnobber 2 in ways that helped ease pain especially in my back, neck, chest and shoulders.

A friend had one and told me about it. I have neck/shoulder/arm issues. I've been going to a chiropractor, acupuncturist and having massages for several years. I decided to try the Backnobber and it's really helped. Like other people wrote, it didn't have any directions, which suprised me, but the video helped show how to do it.

I had been using a backnobber 2 that belonged to a friend.
I went and got my own. I have a larger one but liked the portability of this product.
This is great for people suffering from shoulder and neck pain. It gives more relief than any medication ever could.

I really enjoy this product and am able to reach places that I could not without it. It has great benefits. The only negative I could say is that I was disappointed that it didn't come with a user manual instead of having to review the videos. It would be nice to have a print out of what pressure points releive which pains.
