I was introduced to the Backnobber II during a summer camp week. A friend has many musculoskeletal problems and by the end of the 1st night sleeping in a lumpy bed, he brought it with him to an informal staff meeting. Before the week was over, we were ready to take his home. By chance, I was able to locate the online website near Christmas, and decided our whole family needed one. So I got 7 or 8 for gifts and one for ME!. Ah-ah-ah-hhh. Now I done HAVE to ask for a little massage where I can't reach!

Along with the instructions, this product has been a blessing. Best nights sleep after using the BK2 I have had in a long time. I did notice that the connection where the two pieces connect, it seemed to wobble a little. But as long as it holds together I dont mind.

Back spasm relief, May 12, 2011

As a waiter for 30 years at Walt Disney World, I've had many a day where my back would spasm and only direct pressure in spasm area would help. The backnobber 2 does the job. My massage therapist suggested I try the Backnobber and it gave me the relief I so needed. I'm glad that it separates in the middle, this makes it easy to travel with when I need to. A Great invention, very well worth the $$.

I bought this on the recommendation of a massage therapist. Even though I do endurance walking (marathons and half marathons), I still have tension in my neck and upper back, probably due to work and stress. She suggested the Backnobber and it has been amazing! Tension is relieved and headaches are stopped.

Sturdy construction and comfortable design. Breakdown feature is great for travel or the briefcase. Easy to use and maneuver to reach hard to get pressure points, knots and sore muscles. I use it daily and I love it!

The backnobber allows me to keep my muscle spasms under control. I just rub out my spots and don't have to ask my husband for a massage. I love that it come apart and can fit in my suitcase to take with me when I travel.

I've had the Backnobber II for over five years now. It is a phenomenal product and has allowed me to manage my chronic back and shoulder pain. I no longer need anti-inflammatories or muscle relaxants. I simply spend some time each week using my Backnobber to loosen the trigger points and avoid pulling muscles like my lower back. JUST SITTING WITH THIS ON MY NECK, SHOULDER BLADE AREA AND LOW BACK HAS A VERY RELAXING EFFECT WITH DECREASED MUSCLE TENSION. I always have tight shoulder muscles, use to use my hand to press on the pressure points, Hello backnobber2, thank god I came across you. I was shopping and looking for something else, and seen this. So I started to read, and couldn't believe my eyes. So I took my chances and purchased one. I am glad I did. Tight muscles were gone within 2 days of using it. I will never have to suffer again. We had never heard of this product until I was at a shotgun competition in Littlerock Washington. A person that we met there and have since become friends with had a backnobber. My wife used it several times and was really impressed with your product. We went to several stores around the south Puget Sound area looking for a back nobber. I eventually gave up tring to find one at a store and went online and purchased one. My wife is convinced that the one I purchased is a smaller version of the one that our friends had, but she uses this product as a general rule several times a day to help ease the pain in her back. Thanks for such a simple yet wonderful product.

This tool makes it easy to get at knots in my back, shoulders and neck that I never have been able to before, even with professional massage & PT. I had been going to PT three times a week for back and shoulder pain. Then I found out about Backnobber 2. This works better because you can locate the point of pain and apply pressure whereas with at physical therapist, you have to try and tell them where you hurt. I love this thing!!

Good product. The only issue I have is the sharpness of my knot which makes the rounded ends less desirable for my purposes. Nevertheless, I like the product and it certainly allows me to add pressure in a way that I cannot do without it.

Simple but Great Tool, June 30, 2010

This is a must for everyday therapy. I love it. I can get it right on the target spot and work out the tightness. Planning on a 6 week motorcycle trip to Alaska this summer. The Backnobber II will be packed in a saddle bag on the bike. I use it everyday.

I love, love, love, the Backnobber II. For 16 years I have had very painful fibromyalgia, my muscles in many parts of my body ache and are tender every minute of every day. This tool gives me the opportunity to "work" various muscles without having to go and get a massage. It's not a miracle cure, but it sure does help alot.

A friend had one and told me about it. I have neck/shoulder/arm issues. I've been going to a chiropractor, acupuncturist and having massages for several years. I decided to try the Backnobber and it's really helped. Like other people wrote, it didn't have any directions, which suprised me, but the video helped show how to do it.

I really enjoy this product and am able to reach places that I could not without it. It has great benefits. The only negative I could say is that I was disappointed that it didn't come with a user manual instead of having to review the videos. It would be nice to have a print out of what pressure points releive which pains.
